Utmost bellows sealed control valves adopt German Weizmann bellows, which feature reliable sealing performance under harsh working conditions. They are suitable for toxic, hazardous media and substances prone to reacting with air to form strongly corrosive materials. The valve is equipped with an integrated anti-rotation structure to completely eliminate rotational torque during operation.
 
The bellows owns good flexibility and compression resistance, with its lower end welded to the valve stem bottom and upper end welded to the bonnet cover plate. This structure is maintenance-free for safe operation. A hose connector can be arranged between the stem and bellows for leakage detection, or inert gas can be filled into the cavity between bellows and valve stem for protective monitoring.
