This DOOSAN DX300LC-9C 30-ton crawler excavator is a premium remanufactured heavy-duty machine specially rebuilt for engineering construction, mining quarrying, land development, river dredging and international export trade. Different from regular second-hand excavators, this unit has gone through a full industrial remanufacturing process to guarantee stable long-term operation under harsh working environments.
The whole chassis is calibrated, straightened and structurally reinforced. All walking consumables including steel tracks, support rollers, carrier rollers and idlers are completely replaced with brand-new heavy-duty parts, greatly improving wear resistance and load-bearing capacity on rugged mountain roads and construction sites. The main body is thoroughly sandblasted to remove all rust, then covered with high-quality anti-corrosion paint, so the whole machine maintains a neat appearance without structural cracks or deformation.
In terms of power and hydraulic systems, the original DL08 diesel engine has been fully disassembled, inspected and overhauled. All oil seals, rubber hoses and sealing components are updated to eliminate oil and water leakage problems. The main hydraulic pump, distribution valve and hydraulic cylinders are strictly tested and adjusted to keep digging force strong and movement smooth, which can handle rock excavation, heavy earthmoving and continuous high-intensity work efficiently.
The operator cabin is well preserved, and anti-falling protective railings and reinforced roofs can be installed as optional safety upgrades. We offer flexible customization to meet global market demands: multiple emission standards ranging from Euro 2 to Euro 6 are available to satisfy local registration and environmental laws. The standard digging bucket can be replaced with rock buckets, dredging buckets or matched with hydraulic breakers and grapples. The original orange body color can also be repainted into other colors according to buyer requests.
