2. Thickened Anti-corrosion Carbon Steel Tank, Two Volumes for Custom Demand
- 12m³ Standard Version: 6–8mm Q345 carbon steel single sewage compartment, stainless steel tank optional, specially for septic tank and livestock manure suction & transfer.
- 15m³ Extended Version: 8mm thick WISCO carbon steel tank, customizable dual compartment (5m³ clean water + 10m³ sewage) for integrated washing & suction function. Equipped with dual hydraulic tipping cylinder and full open rear cover to completely discharge thick sludge without residue. Internal anti-surge ribs reduce liquid sloshing during driving for higher road safety.
3. SK-15 Water Circulation Vacuum Pump, Stable Suction Performance
All models are equipped with SK-15 water circulation vacuum pump for stable extreme negative pressure, vertical suction depth ≥10m and horizontal suction range up to 60m. It can rapidly extract septic sludge, river silt, construction mud and catering oily waste. Large-diameter suction pipeline avoids clogging, suitable for heavy viscous manure waste operation.
4. Dual Safe Control System, Easy Operation
12m³ model supports dual control: electric panel inside cab & manual operation box at rear for maintenance and fault handling. 15m³ model adds hydraulic tank tipping discharge system, one-key automatic process of suction, storage and self-discharging to greatly improve working efficiency. Standard fittings: vacuum pressure gauge, water level alarm and anti-overflow valve to monitor waste volume and prevent sewage backflow damage to vacuum pump.
