The tank is rolled from 8mm thickened Q345 carbon steel, sewage compartment lined with stainless steel for anti-corrosion. Standard configuration: 7m³ clean water bin + 15m³ sewage bin, total volume 22-24 cubic meters. Internal middle anti-surge baffle restrains liquid sloshing during driving to reduce rollover risk. DN100 interconnection pipeline allows clean water flushing for tank sludge cleaning. Hydraulic full-open rear cover and dual lifting cylinders realize large-angle self-discharging, completely unloading thick sludge, sand and sundries without residue. Matched with φ102mm large-diameter 8m wear-resistant steel wire suction hose to avoid clogging, efficiently extracting septic sludge, river silt, construction mud, catering oily waste and heavy sediment. Optional independent 420HP Weichai / 350HP Yuchai auxiliary engine solely drives vacuum pump to greatly boost suction force, capable of absorbing hard debris such as bricks and gravel directly.

Equipped with Pinfu/Tongjie 330L/min large-flow high-pressure jet pump with 180bar working pressure. 160° hydraulic rotary hose reel mounted at vehicle rear stores 100m high-pressure dredging hose. Multiple nozzles (grenade, diamond, mushroom) and hand-held jet gun are supplied to rapidly unclog blocked municipal rain & sewage pipelines and drain wells. High-pressure water strips stubborn oil and sludge on pipe wall, realizing dual functions of dredging and suction in one truck to cut municipal engineering procurement cost.
