DWZY1000/1600 Self-moving Tail for Belt Conveyor

It mainly consists of tracks, frame, support cylinders, ram translation cylinders, pushing cylinders, tail assembly, pump station platform, cable rack, hydraulic control system and other components. The stepping self-movement of the frame is realized by externally mounted side tracks, roller assemblies, support cylinders and pushing cylinders.

This equipment features rational structure and wide applicability, with safe, sensitive and reliable operation. The frame bending and running direction can be corrected, and belt deviation can also be adjusted. Its standard configuration matches all types of belt conveyors with 800mm belt width. If used for conveyors with 1000mm or 800mm belt width, this shall be specified when placing orders.

The hydraulic control system adopts high-pressure emulsion (or hydraulic oil) as working medium, which shall be specified upon order placement. The equipment is equipped with a five-spool valve to separately control roller assemblies and outer-track rams to complete all required movements. Each support hydraulic cylinder is fitted with a hydraulic lock to prevent the frame from sliding down under its own weight in any working state. The ram allows left or right lateral adjustment of the frame at any time.
