This integrated final drive sprocket hub assembly is the core walking power output component exclusively developed and produced by Shandong Hengji Group Co., Ltd., perfectly matching Shantui SD32 and SD320 320HP crawler bulldozers, widely applied in mining, earthmoving and heavy construction sites.
This assembly integrates three core functional parts: segmented driving sprocket, heavy-duty spline intermediate shaft and large transmission spur gear. We adopt split high-strength cast steel for sprocket segments and premium 42CrMo alloy forged steel for the middle shaft and drive gear. The complete production workflow includes casting blank forming, integral forging, CNC precision turning, spline hobbing, gear grinding, carburizing quenching heat treatment, stress relief tempering, magnetic particle non-destructive flaw detection and anti-corrosion paint spraying. After heat treatment, the sprocket tooth surface and gear tooth surface reach HRC 58-62 hardness, while the shaft core retains sufficient toughness to resist torsion, impact and abrasion under long-term heavy-load traveling.
As the terminal power transmission part of bulldozer travel reduction box, this hub assembly transfers power to track chains through sprocket teeth. Split sprocket design allows separate replacement of worn tooth segments without replacing the whole hub, greatly cutting customers’ later maintenance costs. Precision machined double-end splines and transmission gear ensure stable power output, effectively reducing vibration, tooth jumping and abnormal noise during climbing and heavy-load pushing operations. Compared with ordinary aftermarket integrated hubs, its overall service life is improved by over 45% under harsh mining working conditions.
