We select premium 42CrMo alloy forged steel as raw material. Integral forging eliminates internal defects such as pores and cracks, delivering much stronger load-bearing capacity and impact toughness than ordinary carbon steel gears. The whole manufacturing flow strictly follows international standards: CNC rough turning, precision hobbing, carburizing quenching, low-temperature tempering, Class 6 gear grinding, inner hole fine honing and magnetic particle non-destructive testing. After heat treatment, the tooth surface hardness reaches HRC 58-62, while the gear core retains sufficient toughness to avoid tooth breakage and surface pitting under long-time heavy excavation loads.
The Class 6 precision grinding process greatly optimizes tooth profile accuracy, reducing transmission vibration and running noise by nearly 30% compared with ordinary aftermarket gears.
