This telescopic container twist lock is specially designed for skeleton semi-trailers. The plum blossom five-petal base provides large contact area and uniform stress distribution, resisting deformation under heavy load. The double-layer telescopic sleeve allows height adjustment to fit all standard 20ft/40ft containers. Made of thick cast steel, the lock head delivers tight locking without loosening. With double anti-rust treatment of paint and galvanization, it withstands rain and grit erosion. It works stably under long-term heavy-duty transport, firmly fixing containers to avoid sliding or falling and fully secure transportation safety.
Five-petal galvanized base
Wide five-petal plum blossom base with large contact area for even stress distribution. Color zinc electroplating provides anti-rust and wear resistance, resisting cracking and deformation under heavy loads.
Double-layer telescopic sleeve
Split retractable steel pipe design with freely adjustable height, compatible with standard 20ft/40ft containers of various heights and multiple semi-trailer chassis.
Thick cast steel lock head assembly
Integrally cast mushroom lock head with movable buckle. Rotate 90° to fully lock container corner castings for tight clamping without loosening during driving.
Dual-layer anti-rust protection process
Lock head coated with red anti-corrosion topcoat, base hot-dip galvanized. Resist erosion from rainwater and construction site mud for long-term outdoor service.
High load-bearing main body
