Trade Information
(1) This fracturing device is mainly applied to gas drainage pre-splitting and permeability improvement in coal mines, coal seam pre-splitting, shaft blockage removal and other operations.
(2) Maximum quantity of carbon dioxide fracturing devices operated simultaneously: 100 units.
(3) Operators engaged in filling and construction work shall receive training organized by the manufacturer and pass assessment before independent operation.
(4) Filling of liquid carbon dioxide underground is strictly prohibited. The actual filling pressure shall not exceed the maximum designed filling pressure.
(5) Deep-hole fracturing is forbidden in mining pressure relief zones and accumulations of loose coal or rock mass.
(6) Before fracturing construction, conduct detailed investigation on personnel around the fracturing zone, aboveground and underground buildings & structures, as well as layout of all types of equipment and facilities, followed by fracturing design. A deep-hole fracturing design specification must be compiled together with corresponding safety technical measures.
(7) All operations shall strictly comply with relevant provisions of the Coal Mine Safety Regulations and Safety Regulations for Blasting Operations in Underground Coal Mines.
